Siderails
Covered in PU/PVC wipe clean material, we can produce these bumpers to any size. They are fitted with either Velcro or Zip fastening, providing comfort and protection.
Fabric Binding
We can produce items which are bound for either decorative effect or to stop the material fraying.
Pressure Relief Mattress Covers
Mattress can be manufactured sewn or welded. Materials most commonly used are PU/PVC. However, as illustrated they can also be constructed using a bespoke combination of materials to suit customers' requirements. All medical products can be screen printed by ourselves to identify our customer logos and products HSE instructions.
Soft Furnishings
Cushion covers can be produced filled or unfilled to customer's requirements. Fabric is cut in house, sewn and in some cases filled with foam units or fibre pads.
Belt Buckles
Buckles and straps can be added to customer products at their request.
Quilted Mattress Covers
We can produce quilted mattress covers / Bed Wedges / Pillow Cases to any specification (please see illustration as an example).
Shower Curtains
We can produce shower curtains to any length or width finishing with either eyelets or Header tape. Lead weight can be included.

Many medical items are manufactured with removable Velcro.
